In 1959, American psychologist John L. Holland showed that people learn and work in six different styles. His RIASEC model has guided career and education decisions for over sixty years. Today it runs the official career interest profiler on the Singapore government's MySkillsFuture portal. 1959 年，美国心理学家 John L.
